What data

Name, email, phone if given, dates of stay, number of guests and the text of the message sent through the availability form.

Why

Only to answer your request and, if you book, to manage your stay and meet legal obligations (guest registration with the police, tourist tax). The legal basis is your request and, for guest registration, the law.

For how long

Requests that do not become bookings are deleted within twelve months. Booking data is kept for the period required by tax law.

Shared with

No one, except the provider that delivers the form's emails and the authorities where the law requires it. Data is never sold or used for advertising.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, restrict its use or object, by writing to marinahometintori14@gmail.com. You may also contact the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).
