Times and rules

Check-in: From 3 pm to 8 pm. Later on request, including self check-in.
Check-out: By 10:30 am. If your flight is in the evening, your luggage can stay until noon.
Guests: Up to four, plus a child on the armchair bed.
Included: Bed linen, towels, toiletries, WiFi, air conditioning, final cleaning.
Pets: Welcome, if you let us know before arrival.
Smoking: Not indoors; the balcony is fine.
Tourist tax: Paid on arrival, at the rate set by the City of Palermo.

Questions

How do I collect the keys?

We welcome you at the apartment at the agreed time. If you arrive late, we leave the keys in a code box and send you instructions the day before.

Can I cancel?

Yes, free of charge up to seven days before arrival for direct requests. For Booking.com reservations the rate chosen at booking applies.

How do I pay?

By bank transfer or card: a deposit on confirmation and the balance on arrival.

What about rubbish?

You will find bags for recycling in the apartment and a note with the collection days for the street.
